THE SPACE

The accommodation sits on the first floor of one of the area's most historic villas, recently restored. A bright open studio with a high, exposed wooden-beam ceiling and parquet floors, furnished with taste and care.

The main room combines the living area and the kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a gas hob, microwave, moka pot, kettle and everything you need to cook. Next to it, a dining table for breakfast or dinner. In the living area there is a French bed, a comfortable small double for two. Smart TV with international channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime, and Wi-Fi throughout, ideal both to relax and to work in peace.

The apartment sleeps up to 4. The separate double bedroom, warm and welcoming, opens onto the greenery through a charming arched window. The bathroom has a window, with shower, WC and washbasin.

Every window frames the park. You wake up to the green and fall asleep to the silence.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full use of the portico and the entire park, 10,000 sqm of lawns, centuries-old trees and shaded corners where you can have breakfast, lunch, dine outdoors or simply sunbathe. Parking inside the property is free. The outdoor areas are shared with the hosts and, at certain times, with other guests, in a quiet and private setting, never chaotic.

THE LOCATION

Mogliano Veneto is the perfect base for exploring the Veneto region. The town centre and train station are 3 minutes by car or 9 by bicycle. From here, Venice, Treviso and Padua are all reachable in about twenty minutes. Venice (Marco Polo) and Treviso (Canova) airports are roughly 15 minutes away.

On request we offer a dedicated transfer and tour service. The property has a private-driver service and can arrange transfers to and from airports and stations, as well as tours to Venice, Padua, Verona, Vicenza, Jesolo, Caorle and the Dolomites, with car, van or limousine for up to 8 passengers. A real plus for anyone arriving by plane who wants to get around without the hassle.

GOOD TO KNOW

The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests and the price is based on the number of guests declared at booking. A per-stay cleaning fee applies and is included in the price. The municipal city tax is 1.60 euro per person per night, payable at check in. Check in is from 3:00 PM, while late check in after 8:00 PM is available on request with a surcharge. Pets are welcome on request and subject to confirmation, with a small surcharge.
